Refunds
The short version
If a product does not work as its listing describes, tell us and we will refund it.
When we refund
- The product does not work in a simulator its listing says it supports.
- The download is broken, incomplete, or the licence key does not activate, and the developer cannot resolve it.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase by mistake. Additional copies intentionally purchased for yourself or as gifts are separate purchases.
- You bought it by mistake and have not downloaded it.
When we usually cannot
- You have downloaded and used it, and it works as described. These are digital goods; once the files are on your machine we cannot take them back.
- Your system does not meet the requirements the listing states.
- You changed your mind about a product you have already installed and used.
Those are not absolutes. If something is genuinely wrong, contact us.
EU and UK consumers
You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Digital content is delivered the moment your payment clears, so at checkout we ask whether you want that immediate access and whether you understand that your right to withdraw then ends. You say yes by ticking a box next to the Pay button, which is never ticked for you, and your receipt repeats the words you agreed to. Once delivery has begun (a download has started, or your licence key has been issued to you), the right has ended. If you did not give that consent, or nothing has been delivered, the right stands.
How to ask
Contact support with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
What happens to the product
A refunded purchase is removed from your library and its licence key is voided. Continuing to use a refunded product is not permitted.
If an order is fully refunded, its gifts can no longer be claimed, and claimed gifts lose access. Copies purchased in separate orders are unaffected.
